1. The service

DoceasePDF provides tools for viewing and editing PDF documents in your browser and in our mobile apps. Documents are processed on your device; we never receive your files. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to your documents. Because processing happens on your device, we take no license over, and have no access to, the files you edit. You are responsible for having the right to edit the documents you use with the service.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use DoceasePDF to break the law — including forging documents, infringing copyright, or misrepresenting signed agreements. Don't attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse engineer the service.

4. Accounts and subscriptions

Some features may require an account or a paid subscription. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the billing period. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are governed by Apple's terms and managed through your Apple account.

5. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the service, including document errors or data loss, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Always keep a copy of important documents.

6. Changes and termination

We may update the service and these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
